Sometimes the best recipes are the ones that are really tasty, but are relatively easy to do. Good midweek cooking from Rachael in our office!

4 lamb sirloin chops
2/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
