Rachael Cooks Mustard Steaks
Sometimes the best recipes are the ones that are really tasty, but are relatively easy to do. Good midweek cooking from Rachael in our office!
Ingredients
- Steaks (as many as you need and the ones you like the best!)
- 2tsp French Mustard
- Small pot of double cream
- Veg to serve
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Cook steak according to preference, and then remove from pan and leave to rest whilst you add the mustard, cream to the pan.
Mix with the meat juices until the cream has begun to thicken.
Plate up steak and veg and add the sauce generously!
