New produce to come
Today I have been sourcing organic fruit and veg.
Sally and I have had a long think about this and we feel that it has to be done.
It has taken along time to source the veg as quality is often pushed aside for mass production, and Sally and I try to avoid this at all costs.
So now we have fresh produce to come!
It shall be aded to our website in the next couple of weeks, so keep peeping, you’ll see it soon!
Today was the day we were due to see the bank manager again and the farm accounts seems to taken a backward step as prices on animal feed, and diesel for the tractors are doubling what they are last year and farming has becoming harder than ever. If it were not for our butchering business Sally and I and the boys would have to give up the way of life I was born and love to do; farming. The bank manager said we are to be carefull and keep up the hard work! (like we need to be told that)
Well its time to feed the pigs and then hit the roost myself.
