Good food that wont cost the earth

POSTED BY Richard on Sep 4 under Organic News

Jonathan (the Boss), and Sally (his glamorous wife) both are passionate about organic meat. They would be though wouldn’t they? Set in Mid Wales amongst beautiful (albeit wet with all the rain we have had) countryside, it is seemingly easy to make the choice to eat organic.

Being the glamorous farmer's wife

These days most of us are on a pretty tight budget, and we do not have the luxury of having a cool room full of hung organic Welsh Black Beef.

Because of this - we are looking for a real person to write a real column here on the website - that’s right, you get to write about cooking with organic meat on a budget. We wont pay you (told you farming wasn’t that lucrative!), but we will supply the meat to your door - and if you have your own website, Richard (the site admin) has promised to add you into his promotional activities.

If it sounds like something you like the idea of, then be aware - this is going to take some effort (a couple of articles a week, together with recipes and pictures of the meals. interviewing the kids for their impression, and telling the other half their opinion - ON TOP OF all the other stuff you have to do!)

Still up for the challenge?

Great - here’s the form - fill it in and send it to us!
